ESTABLISHMENT OF HOMOEOPATHY COUNCIL
M.P. State Council of Homoeopathy was earlier known as M.P. Board of Homoeopathic & Biochemic System of Medicine. The Board was established on 02 Aug. 1959. The State Government nominated Dr. S. Sen as the President of the Board. The State government by its ordinance dated 15th Sept.1975 changed the name of the Board as M.P. State Council of Homoeopathy .The State government nominated Dr. Harnarayan Dubey as the vice –President of the Council for the first time
DISSOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL
The State Government in exercise of the powers conferred under section 40 the M.P. Homoeopathy Paris had Adhiniyam ,1976(No.19 of 1976)dissolved the council for 02 years on 03-08-1978.
APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR
The state government in exercise of the powers conferred under section 40 sub-section 2(b) appointed Shri M.K. Khare ,Additional Secretary ,Dept. of Health, Govt. of M.P. as Administrator of the Council .The Council came under control of the state government thereafter .
Presently Shri D.D. Agrawal, Deputy Secretary ,Dept. of Medical Education is appointed as the Administrator to M.P. state Council of Homoeopathy & Smt. Dr. Ayesha Ali , is appointed as the Registrar in the State Council.
STRUCTURE OF THE COUNCIL
M.P. State Council of Homoeopathy is a corporate body formed under the control of Govt. of Madhya Pradesh .
